I had the pleasure of working with Mr Kashif Hashmi during his tenure with the CAA firstly as the Cheif Human Resouce and subsequently as the Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer. Mr Hashmi pioneered the implementation of Change Management in CAA and brought about the industry best practices in HR. As the Chief Commercial & Marketing Officer, Mr Hashmi drew upon his experienceand education from the USA and was able to increase the commercial revenues of CAA with great success. He was able to develop Plans & Procedures that have long term benefit for the organisation. Mr Hashmi is a cheerful person and has a pleasant personality.
